Senior Power Apps Developer

Design, build, and deploy complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) to automate business processes and improve productivity. Perform as a Subject Matter Expert, partnering with external vendors and mentoring junior developers, ensuring high-quality application performance, and integrating with SharePoint, Azure, and legacy systems.

• Solution Development:
  Architect, design, and configure complex Model-driven and Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse tables.
• System Integration:
  Connect Power Apps with Azure API Apps, Azure Functions, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide guidance, conduct code reviews, define development standards, and mentor team members.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Resolve complex production issues and optimize application performance.
• Documentation:
  Create technical design documentation, user guides, and Knowledge Transfer materials.

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Development
  
  Skills:
  
  Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
• Architecture:
  Experience designing scalable data models and secure, enterprise-level application architecture.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience in migrating legacy applications (Info Path, Lotus Notes) to Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure Functions).
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification.
