Job Summary (List Format):
Oracle Cloud ERP Financials SME/Lead
Location:
Memphis, TN
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or lead for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
- Support Shelby County’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Bridge client teams and Oracle system functionality by leading and advising on financial processes (e.g., payroll, procurement).
- Execute, guide, and optimize key business processes within Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Act as a functional process lead, providing expertise during the transition from Accenture’s services.
- Train, teach, and support client staff on Oracle Fusion best practices and process execution.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalated issues as needed during and after implementation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work onsite in Memphis 50% of the time (hybrid role; some travel may be required).
- Collaborate with other Oracle Cloud ERP experts and client teams to ensure project success.
- Ideal candidates have prior experience as a functional lead on Oracle Fusion implementations or are AR managers with 2-3 years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, independent execution, and advisory skills throughout the project lifecycle.
