Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our IT and OT networking, server, and systems infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in networking, servers, and systems administration with proven leadership and project management skills.

- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of networking protocols, architectures, and tools.
- Experienced with managing a networking team.
- Networking in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with OT networking in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong server and systems administration experience (Windows/Linux, VMware, Active Directory).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise networking infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, and VPNs across IT and OT environments.
- Oversee server and systems administration, including virtualization, storage, backups, patching, and monitoring.
- Manage infrastructure projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Define and measure infrastructure installation and operational quality standards.
- Establish asset lifecycle management processes to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with OT and Operations teams to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards.
- Develop and track KPIs to monitor infrastructure performance, health, and capacity.
- Maintain schedules for patching, hardware/software replacement, and critical issue resolution.
- Ensure effective alerting and incident response mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, policies, and standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Mentor and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
- Participate in budgeting, capacity planning, and strategic IT roadmap development.
