Pro Lift, a national leader in full-service rigging and transportation solutions, is actively seeking a Database Administrator with a process improvement mindset, proven history of technical ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and administer relational database management systems, including SQL Server and Quickbase data environments
- Create and maintain tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, and indexes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues across environments
- Optimize queries and storage to improve performance
- Manage backups, refreshes, and restores
- Build and maintain ETL processes to integrate various systems
- Oversee data flows via API, EDI, SFTP, and pipelines
- Support and execute data migration projects
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation
- Ensure data is structured, accessible, and used appropriately across teams

- Proficiency in relational database systems (Microsoft SQL Server or Quickbase preferred)
- Experience using Python or similar scripting languages for data integration, automation, or API development
- Detailed understanding of data security best practices
- Experience with validating and ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Proficient in SQL, with familiarity in analyzing and optimizing query performance
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a drive for researching and identifying solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.)
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience
