In this AI Integration Specialist role, your day starts by identifying opportunities where AI can remove friction, speed up workflows, and increase accuracy across teams. You design and refine AI-driven systems, build prompts and automations that others rely on daily, and collaborate with leadership to measure the real-world ROI of each solution you deploy. You'll move seamlessly between strategy and execution-testing, refining, documenting, and training, ensuring AI becomes a trusted, integrated tool throughout the organization, not just an experiment.

• Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT (prompt engineering, workflows, custom GPTs)
• Strong experience using Claude for long-form reasoning and document analysis
• Skilled with Perplexity or similar AI research tools
• Proven experience building prompt libraries, repeatable AI workflows, and AI-assisted SOPs
• Experience integrating AI with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Ability to train non-technical team members on AI tools

Preferred qualifications include staying current with emerging AI platforms and having a strong understanding of when to use specific AI tools for specific outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Memphis, TN, working alongside teams and leadership to support real-time collaboration and system deployment.
