Role Overview
Senior Manager, Data Integrations Lead – responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale data integrations across cloud, SaaS, and core business platforms. Ensures reliable, secure, and scalable movement of data across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and modern data platforms to support critical business operations, analytics, and digital initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities- Define and own the enterprise data integration strategy, standards, and reference architectures.
- Design scalable integration patterns (batch, near real‑time, event‑driven, streaming).
- Establish integration best practices across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data platforms.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with platform, cloud, and application strategies.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data ingestion and integration pipelines.
- Oversee development, orchestration, and support of integrations across multiple source and target systems.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability of integrations.
- Drive adoption of reusable integration frameworks, APIs, and automation.
- Lead integrations across multiple platforms including SAP S/4
HANA, Salesforce, Azure Integration Services, Databricks, and modern lake house architectures. - Decide on use of ETL vs. ELT and guide transition toward event‑driven architecture.
- Implement data contracts, automated monitoring, CI/CD for data, and lineage & metadata mapping.
- Lead security by design for masking, hashing, and encryption of PII within pipelines.
- Mentor onshore and offshore integration and data engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leaders, and Technology stakeholders.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Ensure SDLC deliverables are met and enforced.
- Manage delivery partners and vendors to stay aligned with enterprise standards.
- Participate and provide recommendations in IT related initiatives and meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data and cloud platforms. Proven expertise in designing and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakehouse or data fabric architectures, dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), and proficiency with Azure (Databricks, Synapse) and other cloud providers.
Licenses and Certifications- Azure Data Engineer (Preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Advanced knowledge of pipeline orchestration.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure iPaaS, data warehouse, BI, Azure Data Lake, Logic apps, and SAP BTP.
- Intermediate knowledge of data processing & languages, architecture & modeling, Java or Scala.
- Mentor, coach, and develop internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead teams and drive data & reporting IT initiatives from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking with results-oriented mindset; focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Project management skills; manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
Hybrid role: up to two remote days per week, office days determined by manager.
Base SalaryTargeted base salary ranges:
- TN: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
- NJ: $160,000 – $180,000 per year.
Eligible for 20% bonus at 100% of target, with potential for above‑100% dependent on company performance.
