A Day in the Life

As the Sr. Manager – Data Management, you will lead and drive master data and transactional data quality and governance that impact day-to-day operations, intelligence, and decisions across Global Operations & Supply Chain. You will manage a team of Data Analysts, collaborate with business owners, and develop best‑in‑class processes for data domains spanning demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and digital transformation.

  • Own the governance, quality, and process expertise for Global Operations & Supply Chain data domains within your responsibility.
  • Champion growth of knowledge and functionality by communicating effectively with leaders, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct root‑cause analyses on source systems (ERP, advanced planning, and related supply‑chain systems) to drive continuous improvement of data quality and integrity.
  • Empower and collaborate with global and local data leaders to create accuracy‑focused, automated solutions.
  • Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to improve productivity and decision making.
  • Navigate source systems and use data tools for ad‑hoc extractions, analyses, and resolution.
  • Manage data resources and project deliverables for process improvements, mass data changes, validations, and migrations.
  • Own and grow core data knowledge across end‑to‑end processing in multiple source systems.
  • Maintain analytical systems and documentation, verifying accuracy and liaising with the business for quality improvements.
  • Manage and coach a team focused on tactical, operational, and strategic data quality activities.
  • Leverage industry and supply‑chain expertise to drive long‑term solutions and collaboration across functions.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience driving an Enterprise Data Management area that delivers tangible business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of supporting metrics that govern data usage.
  • Domain expertise across multiple Global Operations & Supply Chain functions and broader practical experience within the enterprise.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience enabling digital transformation including MDM with semi‑structured or unstructured data.
  • Background in product manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP, advanced planning, PLM/Data Governance, BI, shop‑floor, warehouse, regulatory, and trade applications.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed, global environment with centralized and local operations.

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary range: $155,200 – $232,800 USD (US, exclusive of Puerto Rico). Additional compensation includes a short‑term incentive plan, a long‑term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending, life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee stock purchase options.
