5 years of experience with end user device support

Has a strong background working and understanding Thermal, Zebra, Label, and SAP printers

Must have experience working in a production/plant environment

Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS

Service Now ticketing system experience

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support

Our client is looking for a Site Technicians to support their sites. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including C-suite executives and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be completely comfortable working alone in a plant environment. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
