Position
- Application Lifecycle Management Analyst Memphis, TN (Hybrid) 6 months (should be extended)
Preferred Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in application lifecycle management, IT delivery, or change enablement.
- Proficiency with ALM tools (e.g., Jira, or similar platforms).
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and automate application lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of COBIT IT Governance framework AND/OR ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with change management processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation OR Awareness of emerging AI capabilities and ability to leverage them for improving workflows and insights.
