IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
Title: Delivery Lead IT
Location: Memphis, TN (on site)
Duration: 6+ months, contract
Compensation: $35-45/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
IT Delivery LeadTechnology delivery leader responsible for planning, driving, supporting, and implementing strategic projects and enterprise initiatives. Embedded within the Enterprise Architecture Platforms organization, partnering with architects, delivery leads, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful, on‑time delivery across multiple initiatives. Responsible for strategic and tactical execution, coordinating delivery plans, managing dependencies, and supporting enterprise‑scale programs. Brings strong expertise in Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMP methodologies, and change management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules in partnership with technology leaders, architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Establish program cadence to support delivery teams and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Identify cross‑platform dependencies, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Own risk and issue management, including executive‑level communication and reporting.
- Develop delivery plans and reporting artifacts for PMO, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across technology and business teams to influence delivery outcomes and align priorities.
- Support enterprise platform initiatives and strategic roadmap execution.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant technology experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology and product environments.
- 6+ years of product or service delivery experience.
- 6+ years of Agile delivery management or Agile project management experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid, and change management methodologies.
- 4+ years of vendor management experience.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms, teams, priorities, and enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience communicating effectively with PMO organizations, leadership teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with minimal direction.
