World Wide Tech Deployment (WWTD) is seeking an experienced and business‑oriented PMO Program Manager to join the Tech Deployment Global Project Management Office (TD PMO) team. This role drives the success of TD projects by understanding customer/business needs, creating mechanisms and analytics, and ensuring proper levels of reporting and compliance for governance, risk management and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, analyze, and report compliance of team members for process adherence, tool utilization, and data accuracy.
- Communicate across organizations, creating status reports, trend risk analysis and governance policies.
- Develop governance and compliance processes across multiple teams in line with the organization's needs.
- Report business risks to senior leadership through trend analysis.
- Identify long‑term growth opportunities and risk identification, planning, communication and partnering with internal and external teams.
- Work independently and in a group setting, anticipate follow‑up questions and respond with supporting data.
- Write policies, status reports, leadership report‑outs, and update W /M /Q documentation.
- Work closely with external teams to implement corporate mandate process improvement within the organization.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
- 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Base salary range: $74,200 – $129,800 annually (varies by location).
