Sr. SAP Demand and Supply Analyst

Location: Cordova, TN

• Engaged in full lifecycle development of SAP based business applications and solutions for internal customers.
• Work with business process owners and power users to provide best‑of‑breed solutions supporting production, warehouse and inventory teams.
• Study, analyze and support business processes related to demand, shop‑floor production, inventory, bin management and warehousing.
• Conduct gap analysis of as‑is design and develop to‑be design per global template.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide industry‑standard solutions.
• Perform configuration of PP & Shopfloor Execution, IM/WM/EWM, and QM modules with minimal supervision.
• Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy, third‑party software, 3PL and non‑SAP systems.
• Execute standard SAP testing cycles: SIT, INT, RGR, E2E.
• Provide support for the SAP platform, triage and resolve issues.
• Use Agile practices—sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews—to gather requirements, prioritize features and deliver solutions.
• Maintain compliance with Bioventus Code of Compliance, policies, procedures and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a software engineering, development or related role.
• At least 1 year experience in SAP ECC.
• At least 1 year experience across phases of SAP projects following Activate methodology.
• At least 1 year experience in S/4 HANA with Pick to Fill (IM/WM/EWM) and Plan to Produce/Demand to Supply (PP).
• Experience with Manufacturing Costing and Supply Chain Finance (FSCM) processes.
• At least one full‑life‑cycle implementation of S/4 HANA or Fiori.
• At least two full‑life‑cycle implementations of ECC in PP, IM/WM/EWM, and QM modules.

• National travel required (~10% of time) for project requirements.
• Hybrid work model: 4 days in office, 1 day remote within commuting distance.
• 24/7 on‑call support occasionally for deployments, release schedules, cycle counts or other business activities.
