- Good understanding on PIM
- Conditional Access
- Risk Policies and MFA configuration on Azure AD
- Knowledge of Cloud App Security to investigate alerts and configure policies
- Good understanding of DLP, ATP, E-Discovery, AIP
- Experience in a production environment.
- Interact fluently with clients/users on escalated tickets.
- Strong team management and organization/technical delivery skills.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge
