Job Description # IT - Delivery Lead - IT
* 10+ years of professional experience in a technology or product environment.
* 6+ years of experience in delivery leadership, such as Agile Project Management, Scrum, or Program Delivery.
* Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and managing multiple teams or platforms simultaneously.
* Experience working with vendors and cross-functional partners.
* Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
* Strong experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Proficiency in program and portfolio management.
* Skilled in risk and dependency management.
* PMP or Agile certifications.
* Experience working within enterprise architecture or platform teams.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with a large enterprise client.
