This is your chance to be a part of an in-house technology team that's creating consumer-facing, modern technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Lead Quality Engineer SDET, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Enterprise Quality Assurance Center team reporting to the Senior Manager SDET, you will support projects including:

* Core distribution and customer apps QA and Automation

* Inventory Innovation Application QA and Automation

What you'll do during a typical day:

* Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual product testing and test automation framework

* Participate in Agile ceremonies and functioning processes and testing of products

* Design and write automated scripts that run tests on all software/apps in an Agile environment

* Provide accurate estimates for test strategy, design, and execution work

* Provide support in monitoring all stages of software development to resolve issues

How you'll collaborate with others:

* Coordinate with architects, developers, and product managers to define QA test requirements and ensure product quality.

* Coordinate with consumers on new product implementation and support testing.

* Participate in Scrum ceremonies to provide feedback.

* Report status to manager on daily basis.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

* Application validation and reporting bugs as identified via Jira tool.

* Manual and Automated test execution across functional, regression and integration testing.

* Estimating, prioritizing and coordinating testing activities.

* Compliance of quality processes and standards.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

* Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology Quality Engineering or related field.

* Five (5) years of specialized knowledge in BDD/TDD, Agile/Scrum for hospitality industry or related business.

* Five (5) years of proven work experience with automation framework and automating test cases.

* Five (5) years of experience applying balanced manual and automated testing with quality focus.

* Five (5) years of work experience writing concise, and comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases

* Experience with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools

* Work experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, JAVA, and Ready API.

* Problem-solving, debugging skills.

* This is a hybrid role and required to be near our US office location in Memphis, TN, with a requirement to work onsite at least two (2) days per week.

* Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

* Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 5+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience

* Five (5) years of professional work experience in design of automated test framework/scripts for UI using Selenium and for REST APIs using Rest Assured and TestNG.

* Experience applying AI enabled capabilities to support manual, automation, and integration testing efforts.

* Experience in hospitality domain.
