Senior Technology Analyst – Oracle Services Supply Chain sub-practice. Supports large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in Oracle applications and technology, advising clients on architecture and implementation of core applications.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Support project teams in ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout.
- Provide advisory services and post-implementation support or manage service agreements.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements.
- Experience in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
- Functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
- Experience configuring Oracle EBS or Cloud applications (Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.).
- Understanding of business concepts and processes across Oracle modules.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2‑4 years relevant experience working with an ERP system in a configuration implementation role, specifically with Oracle EBS or Cloud.
Preferred
- 2‑4 full lifecycle implementations in modules such as Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management.
- Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Research ability on client inquiries and emerging issues.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client demand.
- Additional qualifications that enhance ability to succeed.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
