Director IT Business Systems
The Director of IT Business Systems is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's core business systems and applications. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to identify and address their technology needs, as well as leading a team of IT professionals to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into technology requirements
- Manage the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide business systems, including ERP, CRM, and other mission‑critical applications
- Oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of existing business systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including business analysts, system architects, and developers, to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions
- Implement and enforce IT governance, security, and compliance standards to protect the organization's data and infrastructure
- Develop and execute long‑term technology roadmaps to align the organization's IT capabilities with its business goals
- Manage the IT budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of the organization's technology investments
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in business systems management
- Proven track record of successfully leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑wide business applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Thorough understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
