As a Data Scientist at First Horizon Bank, you will lead the end-to-end development of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions that directly impact client acquisition and retention. You will partner with marketing, digital, product, and data engineering teams to translate business goals into measurable data science initiatives while building models in evolving Databricks environments. Additionally, you will design and analyze A/B and incrementality experiments, produce marketing mix models, and communicate insights that guide budget allocation and strategic decisions.
