IT Manager

This IT Manager oversees the integration of complex systems and infrastructure with a focus on SAP S/4

HANA and its associated applications. You will create SAP ERP technology solutions for Auto Zone's current Finance and Analytics operations and manage teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) solutions, ensuring smooth integration. You will facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis & Key Design Decisions as well as monitor and track deliverables. This IT Manager will design, configure, and test various functions based on business processes related to Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Acquire to Retire modules;

collaborate with the project team, project delivery leads, system integrators, and stakeholders to develop Finance solutions powered by SAP; and evaluate technical and functional integration requirements and collaborate with the technical/functional teams. Additional responsibilities include implementation and cut-over activities as needed to ensure readiness for go-live and training, change management, and upskilling IT teams to implement successful modules for the user community.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related and 9 years of experience. Required expertise includes:

• SAP modules in Finance, Controlling and/or Project Systems
• Standard SAP localizations in Finance supporting global deployments
• Full lifecycle SAP deployments
• SAP solutions covering the following finance processes:
  Cost Accounting, Product Costing, General Ledger, Profitability and Cost Analysis, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Consolidations or Financial Close management.
• Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain integration areas
• Integrating SAP with external tax engines, procurement tools, and Financial Close Management solutions.
