Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Infor LN Cloud Suite Automotive Logistics to support day-to-day business operations and assist with ongoing implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support for Infor LN Cloud Suite Automotive users.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations.
- Gather business requirements and recommend system solutions.
- Support implementations, enhancements, testing, training, and global rollout activities.
- Partner with business and IT teams to optimize LN utilization.
- 5+ years of Infor LN Cloud Suite Automotive experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, and Shipping.
- Experience supporting live production environments.
- Prior Infor LN implementation or rollout experience.
- Experience with Infor LN Configurator and/or CPQ.
- Knowledge of Birst reporting and analytics.
- Factory Track experience.
- Exposure to Infor Velocity Suite (APIs, RPA, AI, GenAI).
- Experience with additional Infor LN Cloud Suite Automotive modules.
- Play a key role in supporting a mature and growing Infor LN Cloud Suite environment.
- Contribute to exciting global implementation and expansion projects.
- Work alongside a highly experienced Infor team in a collaborative environment.
