Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience with Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/WM, Manhattan Active/WMOS, Oracle WMS
- Strong hands‑on experience with MOCA (required)
- Experience analyzing logs, trace files, and data flows
- Strong background in troubleshooting live production systems
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations/3pl
- Experience with WMS integrations and APIs
- Exposure to warehouse automation systems (Dematic, conveyors, ASRS, etc.) - Work with physical equipment that moves products around.
- Experience supporting go‑live or post go‑live environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures
- Analyze trace files, logs, data flows, and system integrations
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues
- Support escalations from techno‑functional support team
- Work across integrations between WMS, automation systems, and external platforms
- Ensure system stability in a high‑volume, 24/7 warehouse environment
