BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Solution Analyst for an ONSITE opportunity!

Position Title: Business Solution Analyst

Location: Hermitage TN (Onsite)

Expected Duration: 6 months with potential to long term.

Job Type: CONTRACT (40 hrs weekly) / ONSITE

Pay Range: $60/hr – $62/hr

• Experience as a lead BSA/Product Owner.
• Work closely with EM to ensure delivery of sprint and PI objectives and quality of deliverables.
• Work closely within POD and other pod BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address ongoing concerns.
• Help drive program initiatives – ensure priorities and backlog are aligned.
• Responsible for grooming, refinement, and demo sessions along with POD BSAs.
• ADO management.
• Maintain a clean backlog – prioritize, align with program releases, ensure all fields are filled for reporting and tracking; link dependencies appropriately and track; keep ready states accurate.
• Requirements and change management.
• Internal and external stakeholder management along with pod business POs.
• Collaborate on cross‑POD dependencies.
• Change management, re‑prioritization & test support, production support.
• Understand SNOW and update user tickets.
• Execute Scrum and SAFe ceremonies – Scrum master and Product Owner responsibilities.
• General understanding of microservices, cloud, integrated apps.

• ALM tools experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Business solutions experience.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Experience with Microsoft VSTS/ADO.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Scrum Master certification.
• SQL and SAP experience.
