UX Advisor

Designer Advisor Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
• Define, measure, and track user experience metrics to evaluate and improve design effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise in developing wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems/components.
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Demonstrated ability to apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
