Title: Documentum and Cloud Integration Specialist

Location: Memphis, TN

Work Type: Contract 1 year+

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Documentum environments, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee Documentum system upgrades, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Lead migration projects to transition Documentum systems to cloud platforms, managing all facets of the migration process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Documentum-related projects.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in all Documentum-related operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding Documentum systems and cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance Documentum and cloud practices.
    • Required Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Documentum Content Server and D2 configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in Documentum X2 (Premium) development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, particularly with Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Documentum REST services and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols related to cloud environments.
  • Ability to serve as the final authority on technical questions within the domain and provide technical supervision.
