Responsible for delivering the overall digital strategy for the residential web ecosystem led by and affiliated brand websites. Optimizes customer acquisition, lead generation, e‑commerce, and self‑service experiences to improve online revenue, conversion performance, customer engagement, and business growth.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end website performance.
- Partner with UX, CRO, SEO, and paid media teams to design, test, and scale seamless customer journeys that increase sales and appointment bookings.
- Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the website product backlog and actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Oversee the digital experience platform ecosystem (Sitecore, GA4, Figma, and A/B testing tools).
- Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with backend customer data platforms, pricing engines, and scheduling systems.
- Monitor web KPIs and customer behavior analytics.
- Translate data into actionable insights and executive‑level presentations to fund and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop website administrators.
- Establish web governance frameworks, manage external agency/vendor relationships, and oversee operational readiness for new digital rollouts.
At least 5years managing enterprise e‑commerce, lead‑generation, or digital product platforms with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of sales funnels (MQL/SQL workflows), conversion rate optimization, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and Agile product delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Web CMS (Sitecore preferred), Google Analytics4, Figma, and data integration environments (scheduling, lead routing, product catalogs). Familiarity with agentic/Generative AI and AI‑powered customer engagement tools to support personalization, automated workflows, and self‑service optimization.

- Excellent communication skills to keep leadership aware of key decisions, roadblocks, and accomplishments.
- Strong ownership of KPIs and ability to manage progress against them.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen linking digital investments to measurable ROI.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership over business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree or advanced business, marketing, or technology education preferred.
Base Pay Range$103,500–$134,600peryear(plus potential overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance bonuses).
