Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Developer with 6–10 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in the implementation and customization of SailPoint Identity IQ or Identity Now platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building secure, scalable IAM solutions in alignment with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint-based IAM solutions
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning logic, and lifecycle events
• Implement RBAC, access reviews, separation of duties (SoD), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and internal APIs
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, including access provisioning failures and integration issues
• Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation of SailPoint configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application teams, and auditors for identity lifecycle and access governance processes
• Ensure solutions meet compliance regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to IAM best practices

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in IAM and 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint development
• Strong expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ (v7.
