Must-Have
Skills:
- Flawless English
- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst (The manager specifically said that he DOES NOT want Mid-Sr. Level candidates because this person would be working directly with the Sr. BA)
- 2+ years working with IT Risk Management and Governance programs
- 2 years conducting post-mortem analyses after IT disasters to identify and resolve issues.
- 3+ years using JIRA for tracking issues
- 3+ years in an Agile Environment
