All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads. Prime Video’s technology teams create best‑in‑class digital video experiences. As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state‑of‑the‑art experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will be a pioneer in applying ML techniques to the world of entertainment and will make use of generative‑AI capabilities to impact the experience and efficiency of our 3p partners and customers worldwide. You are responsible for inventing using the right frameworks and technologies while keeping the architecture simple, maintainable, and resilient.

Key Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading core programs that help Prime Video Partners such as studios and content creators ingest content into Prime Video. You will work across multiple organizations to understand how partner content makes its way from the studio all the way to the customer. You will collaborate with other TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to create a holistic view of the partner’s experience.

You will serve as Prime Video's technical representative in projects with external partners, working with 3P developers to integrate with APIs, or working in exploratory projects across multiple 2P and 3P development teams. Finally, you will be responsible for planning mechanisms for a 30+ developer team.

About the Team

We are the Partner Experience organization, responsible for building systems and experiences that enable best‑in‑class content management, monetization and analytics capabilities for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3p partners (Hollywood studios, media houses, post‑production houses and content creators).

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
