Operations Consultant & Quality Control Consultant
The Operations Consultant & Quality Control Consultant will be responsible for leading and coordinating quality improvement initiatives within the multicenter EVAT Project and other GCC Program projects. This role involves the implementation of strategic projects that optimize internal and external processes, facilitating standardization and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the program's initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Orientation to results and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and quality standards in the health sector.
- Experience in the coordination and executive organization of projects.
- Ability to track multiple activities with high productivity and initiative.
- Ability to analyze, adapt, and solve problems.
- In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and use quality management software tools.
- Assertive communication skills developed.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work in international environments.
