Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage distribution technology projects, including WMS, YMS, WCS, TMS, and other systems.
- Drive business case development, feasibility assessments, project planning, and milestone tracking.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and facilitate change management for impacted work streams.
- Ensure adherence to WMS processes and systems, implementing enhancements and fixes.
- Coordinate with external contractors and drive accountability within project teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and technological improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or IT.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Operations knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation systems.
- Ability to manage consultants and work teams effectively.
- Experience with validated systems.
- Process Excellence (Six Sigma and Lean) training or certification.
- APICS Certification and experience with statistical/analytical software.
- Experience in manufacturing, planning, Supply Chain IT, customer service, transportation, or distribution.
