- Platform Configuration: Designing, implementing, and maintaining Service Now IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
- Risk & Control Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and IT risks by mapping policies to control objectives.
- Automation: Creating workflows to automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, and issue management.
- Audit Support: Assisting with internal/external audits, tracking evidence, and managing remediation efforts.
- Documentation & Reporting: Creating dashboards, reports, and maintaining documentation on control frameworks.
- Collaboration: Working with security, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.
Skills and Qualifications
- Service Now GRC/IRM
Experience:
Deep understanding of Service Now GRC applications, architecture, and configuration. - Technical
Skills:
Experience with Service Now development (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules) and workflows. - Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management methodologies.
- Certifications: Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (highly preferred).
- Analysis: Ability to map technical risks to business impacts and translate requirements into platform capabilities.
