Quality Assurance - QA/QC
The Lead Implementation Specialist (IS) serves as the field execution leader and technical subject matter expert for large-scale data center and hyperscale infrastructure deployments. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects through ownership of quality, execution, and field coordination.
The IS operates across the full project lifecycle, from initial site validation through final closeout. Depending on the scope and complexity of the engagement, the IS flexes between providing remote quality assurance and support for standard deployments, and leading onsite execution for complex, large-scale data center environments.
Owning the outcome is central to this role. The IS is accountable not only for completing installation tasks, but for ensuring work is performed correctly, issues are identified early, and project risks are communicated and escalated to maintain overall project health.
