• $28-$32 hourly (depending on skills and experience)

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex server hardware
• Isolate hardware failures down to the component level
• Analyze and repair enterprise server, storage, and networking equipment
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues

• 2-5+ years of experience in electronics diagnostics
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise servers and networking equipment
• Board-level diagnostics and high-speed digital circuit experience
• Precision soldering and electronic component replacement skills
• Familiarity with hardware testing, calibration, and firmware updates

The first two months include an intensive training program in Mexico, during which the schedule is 6 days per week. After training, the role transitions to a standard 2nd shift schedule (5 days/week)
