We're hiring an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to support Dell server and enterprise data center environments, including next-generation AI infrastructure. Prior AI experience is not required—we're looking for candidates with strong server hardware and data center fundamentals.
Requirements- 3–5+ years of server, field service, or data center support experience
- Hands-on experience with Dell/Power Edge servers (highly preferred)
- Experience with server builds, deployments, swaps, and hardware replacements (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
