We are seeking a Production Support Engineer/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for a 24/7 manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for supporting end users, workstation hardware, mobile computing devices, printing systems, and core infrastructure while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during weekend and overnight hours.

The Production Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve issues involving desktop systems, laptops, Office 365, Active Directory, network connectivity, Zebra printers, RF scan guns, and other operational technologies critical to warehouse and production functions. The individual will work closely with IT and business teams to support incident resolution, system performance, user access management, device deployment, and ongoing operational support.

This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

 + years of Desktop Support, Production Support, Help Desk, or End User Support experience
- Experience supporting Zebra printers and RF scan guns in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting

- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
- Experience deploying and supporting devices using SCCM/MECM
- Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and desktop hardware
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes - ITIL certification strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently during off-hours support
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production operations preferred
