Job Title

Experience on Cloud preferably in Azure or Google Cloud
Able to drive the cost optimization and shift left initiatives with clear end goal
Knowledge of logistics industry will be a plus
Previous experience as an SRE, Dev Ops Engineer with a deep understanding of Production support, on-call rotations, and incident management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of SRE methodologies (Dev Ops, Agile, SLOs) across organization teams to enhance reliability
Define and track KPIs and service-level objectives (SLOs) to improve system availability and latency
Facilitate post-mortems, identify root causes, and drive automation of operational toil to prevent problem reoccurring
Driving automation to enhance efficiency and prompting culture of continuous learning
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Must have led large SRE engagement with Onsite/Offshore model with minimum 50+ team size
Should have utilized Agile/SAFe methodologies for execution
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
