Nextech in Memphis, TN is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and 2 desktop support in a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to end users while troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations and a range of endpoint devices.
You will deploy and image desktops, manage Microsoft Entra Intune, support Microsoft 365 apps, printers, and mobile devices, and collaborate with IT teams on technology initiatives.
