Korn Ferry partner is seeking a Website Optimization Manager to own and optimize the direct-to-consumer Shopify experience, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This hands-on role focuses on conversion, merchandising, and customer experience.
You will lead A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics using GA4 and Shopify reports, collaborate with product, creative, and ops teams, and drive revenue through site improvements and promotions.
