First Horizon Bank is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician in Memphis to provide technical support for employees relying on technology to serve customers. You’ll handle PC/hardware and software issues, application support, password access, email problems, and device troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include documenting issues, using Remote Desktop and AD/SCCM/ITCM tools, and escalating to Level 2 when needed. Travel is rare; after-hours availability may be required.
