ITCAPS LLC is a hands-on data center technician role in Memphis. You will provide day-to-day operational support, diagnose server hardware, perform OS installations, firmware upgrades, and GPU configuration, and monitor systems to ensure uptime.
You will coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and data center teams, manage tickets and technical documentation, and serve as the onsite contact for escalations, with flexible scheduling including after-hours and weekends.
