This Is a Contract
- Image and deploy Windows desktops and laptops using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or similar imaging solutions.
- Configure and install workstations, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals for new hires and existing employees.
- Perform workstation refreshes, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
- Migrate user profiles, data, and applications to newly deployed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Join computers to Active Directory and configure user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Provide deskside support for end users while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Respond to service requests and incidents through the organization's ticketing system while meeting established SLA requirements.
- Support conference room technology, video conferencing equipment, and shared office devices.
- Maintain inventory of desktop equipment and accurately document asset assignments.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when appropriate.
- Document technical procedures, workstation builds, and deployment processes.
- 2+ years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Support experience.
- Experience imaging and deploying Windows workstations in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory user administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, MDT, Autopilot, or other enterprise imaging tools.
- Experience installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN connectivity, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Service Now, Jira Service Management, Fresh service, or similar.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 40 pounds.
- Experience supporting enterprise workstation refresh or migration projects.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with asset management and hardware inventory systems.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
