Position: CLINICAL SYSTEM ANALYST

About Christ Community Health Services

Since 1995, Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) has provided high-quality healthcare to the underserved in the context of distinctively Christian service. As a faith based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we serve approximately 60,000 patients each year across our Memphis health centers, offering primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and specialty services to the communities that need them most.

About the Role

The Clinical Systems Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical systems to ensure they effectively support patient care, clinical workflows, quality reporting, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Clinical Systems Manager, this role executes system configuration changes, troubleshoots and resolves clinical application issues, and supports the implementation of workflow and system improvements across the organization — partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to keep clinical systems functioning reliably, configured appropriately, and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.

The Clinical Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting system adoption, data integrity, workflow consistency, and end-user satisfaction through application support, testing, documentation, and training.

Our Core Values — and What They Look Like in This Role

As a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center, CCHS expects every team member to embody our core values in daily practice. These values are explicit, measurable performance expectations — how the work is done matters as much as what is done. Here is what they mean for a Clinical Systems Analyst:

  • Intentional Love
    — Extending compassionate, whole-person care to every patient, family member, and colleague. In this role it means remembering that every system you configure and every ticket you resolve ultimately serves a patient and the clinician caring for them.
  • Devoted Service
    — Approaching every responsibility with humility, reliability, and a servant's heart. In this role it means owning issues through to resolution, following up with end users, and never leaving a system problem half-solved.
  • Humble Excellence
    — Pursuing the highest standard of clinical and professional quality while remaining teachable and Christ-centered. In this role it means testing changes thoroughly, documenting clearly, and staying current on best practices — while welcoming feedback and escalating what's beyond your scope rather than guessing.

Employees in this role are expected to model these values in patient interactions, team collaboration, and community engagement, in support of CCHS's healing ministry.

  • Implement system changes, updates, and enhancements in alignment with defined standards.
