Specialty Support II - IT/Technical Support (Contract, Memphis, TN)

Our client, a leading workforce management technology company, is looking for a hands-on Technical Support professional to join their Print Shop Engineering-Support team on-site in Memphis, TN. This is a great fit for someone early in their IT career who's comfortable with both computer troubleshooting and physical equipment maintenance, and who wants steady hours with no weekend or overtime expectations.

• Provide basic software and hardware support for a busy print shop environment
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and sealing equipment
• Manage user accounts for internal applications (including a document-processing platform)
• Provide first-line support for a proprietary application system, escalating to the dev team as needed
• Create signature and logo files from submitted forms

• 0-2 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, or office equipment
• Working knowledge of Windows systems and general software applications
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment

6-month contract (strong potential for extension), 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM EST shift, on-site at Memphis Print Shop.
