Digital Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain digital pathology instruments and software at client healthcare sites
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and quality checks
• Train lab and clinical staff on system operation, workflows, and best practices
• Document service activities, reports, and compliance records accurately
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical issues
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and rollouts in clinical environments
• Ensure adherence to healthcare, safety, and data security regulations
• Provide on-call and remote support as needed to meet service SLAs
• Contribute feedback to improve product reliability and customer experience
