Technical Support Specialist

IDR is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports end-users across a large organization by providing first- and second-tier technical assistance for hardware and software issues on desktop computers. It is an excellent opportunity within a well-established organization in the healthcare sector.

• Provide first-level and second-tier technical support for end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to
  * escalate* and resolve more complex technical incidents.
• Manage endpoint installations, configurations, and updates.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and peripherals while supporting special projects.

• 3+ years of help desk support/engineering experience
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and operating systems issues in Windows environment
• Experience supporting O365 applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to support users in a fast-paced help desk environment
