SpaceXAI is seeking a Hardware Deployment Engineer Lead to own end-to-end bring-up of GPU compute hardware for our AI training clusters. You will build and lead an in-house deployment team responsible for L11 integration, hardware bring-up, and post-L11 repair across multiple data halls from delivery to production handoff.
You will set deployment playbooks, enforce SLAs with vendors, and institutionalize processes so that deployment velocity is limited only by hardware supply and power.
