It Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

• - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• - Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks
• - Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades
• - Train employees on the use of new hardware and software
• - Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• - Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other business applications
• - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
