Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy, including modern data platforms, reporting capabilities, governance, and manufacturing intelligence enablement
Establish and govern data standards, data quality practices, reporting definitions, semantic models, and analytics delivery processes to improve consistency and trust in enterprise data Partner with Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and IT leadership to align data and analytics priorities with corporate objectives
Lead the acquisition, integration, contextualization, and governance of manufacturing and operational technology data from plant systems, including SCADA, historians, MES, quality, maintenance, and production systems, and integrate this information with ERP and other enterprise application data to enable manufacturing intelligence and operational decision-making
Lead the development and modernization of the enterprise data platform, including Microsoft Fabric capabilities, business intelligence solutions, scalable data integration patterns, and plant-level analytics capabilities
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data and analytics organization encompassing data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and data architecture capabilities
Establish and manage the enterprise data and analytics roadmap, prioritizing investments and delivery commitments based on business value, operational impact, risk, resource capacity, and strategic alignment
Oversee vendor evaluations, tool selection, and modernization initiatives related to data engineering, analytics, reporting, and manufacturing intelligence

Required education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data and Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant professional or technical certifications in data management, cloud data platforms, analytics, project delivery, or agile leadership
Required experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, data architecture, enterprise reporting, or related technology disciplines5+ years of experience leading data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, architecture, or multidisciplinary technical teams, preferably within complex or multi-site organizations
Expertise in cloud data platforms, data architecture, data governance, data modeling, enterprise reporting, data integration, and modern business intelligence delivery practices
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to establish data-driven strategies and drive adoption of trusted data, governance standards, and enterprise analytics capabilities
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, plant operations, or other industrial environments preferred
