This is a contract, on-site and remote role for a Life & Health Agent in several success areas: TN, AR, MS, LA, & TX. Responsibilities include selling life and health insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients to determine their insurance needs. The Life & Health Agent will also serve as a trusted advisor by educating clients on insurance options and assisting with policy applications.

Additional duties may involve collaborating with insurance brokers and staying informed on industry trends.

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to effectively communicate insurance offerings and close sales.
• Strong foundation in Finance to understand and assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry, including policies, regulations, and market trends.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills to provide clarity and confidence in all client interactions.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is a plus.
