Description
Research advanced customs duties, import taxes, export tariffs, export classification, and preferential trade agreements related to the assigned world tariff region. Provides language translation and interpretation of data to enter into the world tariff trade regulation database.
Essential Functions
- Research customs duties, import taxes, export tariffs, export classification, and preferential trade agreements related to the assigned world tariff region.
- Provides language translation and interpretation of data to enter into the world tariff trade regulation database.
- Monitors assigned world tariff region for changes in trade regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Planning, organizing, and communications skills required.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in international trade, business, economics, or languages.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
Oral and written proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
Ability to handle multiple tasks; good planning, organizing, and communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in a foreign language. Work location to be determined (Memphis, TN, San Francisco, CA, etc.). Remote option is available. The posting will close on Thursday, June 25, 2026, 5:00 PM CDT.
